This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit zenobriefing.com or join our launch waitlist.

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• The date and time of your submission
• Technical metadata your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, referring page) — used only for security and abuse prevention

We do not collect your name, payment details, or location data through this site at this time.

4. Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to:

• Notify you when Zeno Briefing launches
• Send occasional updates about the launch (no more than one email per month)
• Confirm your subscription if you ask us to

We will not use your email for any other purpose without your separate, explicit consent.

5. Lawful basis for processing

Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@zenobriefing.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe".

6. Who we share data with

We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

• Formspree (formspree.io) — receives and stores waitlist submissions
• Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts our website and may process technical metadata for security and performance
• Namecheap — provides our domain registration and email forwarding

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, ever.

7. How long we keep your data

We will keep your email address on the waitlist until the earliest of:

• You ask us to remove it
• 12 months after the public launch of Zeno Briefing
• The waitlist programme is closed

After that, your email is permanently deleted from our records.

• Deletion — ask us to permanently remove your data
