These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of zenobriefing.com (the "Site"), operated by Zeno Briefing Ltd ("Zeno", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17198522.

By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site is pre-launch

zenobriefing.com is currently a pre-launch landing page. The full Zeno Briefing service is in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the final product, pricing, or features. All product details described on the Site are subject to change.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or our data
• Interfere with the operation of the Site (including via automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or distribution of malware)
• Submit false or fraudulent waitlist information
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any person

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Zeno Briefing name, logo, branding, design, copy, and code — is owned by Zeno Briefing Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site or any content on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeno Briefing Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
